Description :-

Light Weight Alumina Base Porous Bricks for insulation is made of high purity chamotte, by adding fillings of compound ash of aluminium oxide according to different types sintered with high temperature as a result mullite low thermal conductivity brick is directly compounded.

Advantages :

  • High temperature resistance, allow direct contact of fire, anti corrosion of various atmosphere.

Application

  • Roller kiln, tunnel kiln, Shuttle kiln, top hat kiln of ceramic industries, various resistor furnaces.
  • Cracking furnaces, conversion furnaces, gas producer of chemical industry.
  • Hot-air furnace, heating furnace, soaking furnace, heat treatment furnace of metallurgy industry.
  • Refractory lining of hot surface for industrial furnace and back lining insulation layer for other refractory.
